As a former instructor with the Real Estate & Mortgage Institute of Canada (REMIC), he played a key role in preparing aspiring mortgage professionals for successful careers in mortgage financing.

As CEO and Principal Broker, Patrick leads the strategic direction, operations, compliance, and continued growth of Integrity Tree Mortgages Inc.
