We’re Hiring: Mortgage Brokers & Agents

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate new client relationships through networking with COIs, realtors, financial advisors, and contractors.
  • Engage with clients to pinpoint mortgage aspirations and financial objectives.
  • Recommend mortgage solutions aligned with client needs.
  • Forge and sustain robust ties with lenders and financial entities.
  • Advocate for clients in mortgage negotiations.
  • Meticulously prepare and submit mortgage documentation.
  • Stay ahead of the curve on industry shifts, mortgage offerings, and regulatory standards.
  • Deliver unparalleled client service throughout the mortgage lifecycle.
  • Team up with colleagues to refine processes and boost client contentment.
  • Be a proactive participant in networking events and seek fresh business avenues.


  • Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in the financial industry.
  • Active mortgage broker/agent license in the applicable jurisdiction.
  • Must have an entrepreneurial mindset, this is not a 9-5 job.
  • Flexible work schedule and 100% remote work.
  • Results driven and believe that actions x efforts will get you the results.
  • In-depth knowledge of mortgage products, underwriting guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent.
